New Secretary, VIP Rama
  • Provide administrative & customer service support as well as secretarial duties to Vice-President of VIP Rama
  • 3-5 years secretarial/customer services experience
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Computer proficiency in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Customer Services Representative
  • Provide quality customer service basically as bus host for clients travelling to Casino Rama
  • Enthusiastic, presentable, mature and good people skills
  • Ability to deal with the public in a challenging environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Flexible work schedule; meals and training provided
New Travel Consultants (Part-Time/Full Time Night Shif)
  • Answer client’s enquiries, handle VIP reservations and onboard system
  • Update data base and close reports
  • Maintain close contact and good relationship with clients
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated
  • Good command of English/Cantonese/Mandarin and good PC literacy
New Sales & Operation Executive
  • Diploma in Travel and Tourism is preferred
  • Experience in Asia, or Europe or North American is an advantage
  • Work with the internal and external agencies to ensure the successful execution of all tour products
  • Provide sales and operations support to the teams
  • Prepare marketing materials and ensure website, promotions, e-newsletter/communications accuracy and within branding guidelines
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge and familiar with Photoshop & Powerpoint is an advantage
