Day 1 TORONTO/SANTIAGO
Departure to Santiago, Chile.
Day 2 SANTIAGO L D
Arrive at Santiago, the city downtown and lunch awaits you. Proceed through the main avenue of the city, Alameda del Libertador General Bernardo O’Higgins, passing by the San Francisco Church, by visiting the Santa Lucía Hill, where the Spanish conquistador Pedro de Valdivia founded the city on February 12th 1541. After a quick visit to its top, descend to visit the Lastarria Neighborhood, located right below the hill. Later by visit to the La Moneda Palace, walk along Paseo Ahumada until reaching Plaza de Armas (The Main Square). Cross the Mapocho River and head straight towards the Bellavista Neighbourhood, a lively place, core of the night and artistic life, where pubs, cultural centers and international gastronomy can be found. Ascend the San Cristóbal Hill, a spur of the Andes marching into Santiago, where the famous Virgin Mary statue overlooks the city. Enjoy a panoramic view of the city with the majestic Andes in the background. Next, visit the House Museum of Pablo Neruda, “La Chascona”, which name our poet gave this house, as reference to an unkempt hairdo, which is how he liked to call his lover and then third wife, doña Matilde Urrutia. Conclude this day with having lunch (not included) in a restaurant you choose. After that, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Santiago. During the evening, transfer to the restaurant “Como Agua Para Chocolate”, a 3 course dinner with guide assistance, and transfer back to your hotel. Accommodation: DoubleTree By Hilton or similar
Day 3 SANTIAGO - EL CALAFATE B L D
Take flight to El Calafate, Chile. Upon arrive, pick up and for lunch, after lunch, city tour in El Calafate. After dinner overnight at hotel. Accommodation: Calafate Parque Hotel or similar
Day 4 EL CALAFATE – PATAGONIA ICE GLACIER NATIONAL PARK – PERITO MORENO GLACIER B L D
From El Calafate to the Moreno Glacier there is a distance of 80km, through tarmac road. From the beginning, the journey offers very pleasant surprises. Leaving El Calafate, we can see at the right the Lake Argentino with its Redonda Bay. In it we can appreciate an important variety of bird fauna, from which the black neck swan, the flamingo, the vapor duck, the coot and the cauquen stand out. The eye-catching yellow color of the countryside is due to its “coiron” pasture, and among them the white and short “coiron” stands out. During the first 40km we travel through the Patagonian Steppe, then enter the National Park to observe the tree area vegetation that is mostly made of the “notofagus” family (ñires, guindos and lengas), seldom cinnamon trees, and flowers of different colors, among which the “notro” stands out because of its intense red color that corresponds to the Patagonian Andean Forest. We arrive at the “Curva de Los Suspiros” (sigh curve), named this way because it is the first panoramic viewpoint of the Perito Moreno Glacier. There is a short stop to take pictures and we move forward to Bajo las Sombras Port. Later, we will navigate through the southern arm of the Iceberg Channel in order to have different views of the Perito Moreno Galcier wall. Back to the Port, we go to the footbridges where we have a service area for visitors and a system of balconies and footbridges that allow you to enjoy walks along different paths and to have really amazing views of the Glacier. After some free time for walking and lunch, we begin our way back to El Calafate. Accommodation: Calafate Parque Hotel or similar
Day 5 EL CALAFATE – UPSALA CHANNEL – EL CALAFATE B L D
Transfer from the Hotel to Punta Bandera Port, where we embark. Once on board we will sail through the North Arm of Lake Argentino until we reach the Upsala Channel, where we will find a spectacular Iceberg Barrier, and if the location of the icebergs allows us, we will be able to get near the glacier´s wall. Afterwards we will navigate the Spegazzini Channel, where we will observe the Seco Glacier to reach the front of the Spegazzini Glacier, the highest in the National Park. Return to Punta Bandera Port. Transfer from Punta Bandera Port to El Calafate. The Navigation: Location in the boats in differential sector, Spanish / English guide available. Full Board Menu during navigation, includes: Breakfast, Tasting, Lunch and Sweet Toast. Breakfast: Coffee, tea, mineral water, orange juice, fruits, marbling pudding, oatmeal and raisin cookies, banana muffin and dulce de leche, scon cheese and herbs. Tasting: Picada Ahumados or artisanal Pates of smoked aubergines with dried tomatoes marinated on toasted bread bruschetta, accompanied by a variety of drinks. Lunch: Pot Pie de lamb (casserole). Vegetarian alternative of potato cake and vegetables or vegetable lasagna. Sweet toast: Chocolate truffles and others accompanied with Champagne or Calafate liqueur. Day 6 : EL CALAFATE/USHUAIA – CRUISE BOARDING B L D
After breakfast, we will be transferred to the airport to board our flight to Ushuaia. Upon arrival at the airport, we will be transferred to Australis Cruise port.

Day 11 PUERTO NATALES/TORRES DEL PAINE B L D
Depart from our hotel in Torres del Paine to explore this important National Park of the Chilean Patagonia. Recently chosen as the 8th World Wonder, the park undoubtedly represents one of the main tourist destinations in Chile. During our tour we will enjoy some of its main attractions such as Laguna Amarga, and achieve a spectacular view of the Paine Horns (Cuernos del Paine), Salto Grande Waterfall. Later arrive to Grey Lake for a navigation to the glaciar, a natural wonder of imposing dimensions that forms part of the southern extreme of the Continental Southern Ice Field (Campo de Hielo Sur).On this journey of three hours Duration, we will Board the “Grey II” vessel which will allow us to enjoy the unique landscape with floating icebergs, towering mountains and lush vegetation. Among the numerous floating icebergs, the boat will sail right in front of the Grey Glacier, which is divided by a central island, a place where disembarkation is allowed and from where it is possible to appreciate the full extent of the countless cracks and uprisings that constitute the glacier and which sight is lost in the distance. After our cruise, it is time to return to the Serrano Area of Torres del Paine National Park. Accommodation: Lago Grey Hotel or similar
Day 12 TORRES DEL PAINE/SANTIAGO B L D
Departure from our hotel towards the Natural Monument Milodón Cave, which is formed by three caves and a rock conglomerate called “Silla del Diablo” or Devil’s Chair. The biggest of these caves contains the replica of an extinguished animal called Milodón; this was a giant herbivore that probably disappeared during the Pleistocene period. This place of natural charm and scientific importance; is an area of transition between the steppe and the woods. Among the native flora are ñirres, calafates and romerillos. In addition, the Milodón Cave is a place of natural charm and great scientific importance for the region. Lunch on route and direct transfer to Punta Arenas airport. Arrival in Santiago, welcome and transfer to our hotel. Dinner included at the hotel.Overnight stay in Santiago. Accommodation: DoubleTree By Hilton or similar
Day 13 SANTIAGO/CALAMA/SAN PEDRO DE ATACAMA B L D
Departure to the airport to board our flight to San Pedro. Arrival, welcome and transfer to our hotel.Depart from your Hotel in San Pedro of Atacama and head to the Cordillera de la Sal (Salt Mountain Range), where you will visit the Valley of the Moon (“Valle de la Luna”) that forms part of the National Flamingo Reservation. This unique place is famous for its natural mineral sculptures, one of them being “Las Tres Marías” (The three Mary’s) formed by the wind erosion, resembling a lunar setting. Next, visit Death Valley (“Valle de la Muerte”), a place that invites sand boarders to practice their favorite sport and sandy place with a particular geographical beauty. Its salt formations seem to be sculptures and works of art. Finally, end your trip with a magical sunset at the Kari Viewpoint, one of the highest points of the “Cordillera de la Sal” (Salt Mountain Range); before returning to your Hotel in San Pedro de Atacama. Day 14 SAN PEDRO DE ATACAMA B L D
Altiplanic Lagoons and Atacama Salt Lake. Depart from your Hotel in San Pedro de Atacama, while heading by the international highway towards the Atacama Salt Flat, one of the largest in the world due to its large size. Within the Salt Flat, in the area known as Soncor and the Chaxa Lagoon, be delighted with the three species of native pink flamingos. Continue and travel further within the Altiplano, reaching 4,300 meters above sea level. Arrive at the Miñique and Miscanti lagoons, at the foothill of the Miñique and Miscanti volcanoes, with fantastic scenery of bluish waters arising from the background volcanoes. After this visit, we will return to Socaire for lunch at one of the rustic cooking places of the village, that still use the resources cultivated from the ancestral agricultural terraces. Finally, make a stop at the village of Toconao, where we will visit the main square, the bell tower built in 1750 made of cactus wood, mud and straw, and the church of San Lucas, both declared National Monument since 1951. Day 15 SAN PEDRO DE ATACAMA/CALAMA/SANTIAGO B L D
Pick up at dawn from your Hotel in San Pedro de Atacama. Depart towards the Altiplano, reaching an altitude of 4,320 meters above sea level, to visit The Tatio Geysers; one of the most important geothermal fields in the world. Thanks to the extreme cold temperatures, be witness of different geothermal manifestations and its fumaroles that easily reach 10 meters high and the geysers up to 8 meters. After watching this delightful spectacle, it is time to spend a refreshing dip in a hot pool. Taking the same way back, we stop for a few minutes in the wetlands of Putana, where you can see different species against the backdrop of the Colorado Volcano. Finally, we will make the last stop of the trip in the village of Machuca, a little town where the original Altiplanic architecture is reflected in the St. James Church.Later, we will be transferred to the airport to board our domestic flight to Santiago. Upon arrival, we will be welcome and assisted for checkin at our hotel. Dinner included at the hotel. Overnight stay in Santiago. Accommodation: DoubleTree by Hilton or similar
